# Contact KHIPUAI

KHIPUAI is an Ontario, Canada studio founded by Wil Mora. We work remotely with recurring-service businesses across the United States and Canada, in English and Spanish.

## Book a free fit call

The fastest way to start is a free 30-minute fit call. We look at where your team's manual hours are going, confirm whether the AI Automation Audit is a good fit, and agree on the areas worth looking at. There is no obligation and no software to buy.

## Email

Write to [wil@khipuai.co](mailto:wil@khipuai.co). Your email goes directly to the founder, not to a sales queue.

It helps to include:

- Your company, its size, and what kind of recurring service it provides.
- The workflow that takes the most manual time, and the systems it runs through.
- What you have already tried, and any deadline you are working to.

Please do not send passwords, client records, or other sensitive data by email. If a project needs that information, we agree on a secure way to share it first.

## Privacy

How we handle the details you share is described in the [privacy policy](https://khipuai.co/privacy.html). You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
